Cozy apartment 5 mins from downtown/Fast Wi-Fi

Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen stocked with ceramic cookware and all the utensils you'd find at home. Wrap up on the couch in a throw blanket and put on a movie with our 50" Roku TV that allows you to stream all of your favorites. When it's time for bed, make your way to one of two queen size beds with green tea cooling memory foam and crisp white linen. In the morning, wake up and pop your computer open on one of our desks, it's time to work - or not! ;)

The apartment complex has gone through a complete renovation, so everything is new. It's quiet and charming and located just a few blocks away from Historic Oakwood District.

A pleasant stay near downtown
I enjoyed nearly four weeks staying at this property. It matches the description completely. Additionally, is has new appliances! It is located in a quiet neighborhood just outside of downtown. Taryn, the host, is very responsive. I would definitively recommend it.

Very Nice
This place worked out perfectly for us. It was right down the street from our daughter's house and very convenient to downtown. The place was clean and recently renovated. Great communication with the owner. Definitely will stay here again if I need something in the area.

Perfect place close to Capital District.
This property is conveniently close to Capital district but in quiet neighborhood. The unit is clean and comfortable. Everything we needed for our trip to Raliegh.
