I arrived and the lobby had a bad smell. There was noone at the front desk. I had to call coporate and they were able to find someone to wait on me after 3p minutes. This is a property trying. I feel like someone bought the place recently, made some upgrades and repairs but is still working on it. The room was clean but at times the elevator and hallways were not crisp. Ok, but not excellent. The room was comfortable. But for example, the shower was really nice, but the bathroom door needs to be replaced. It was patched instead. I believe they are trying but aren’t there ywt

This property is clean, but smells of smoke even though it is a smoke free facility. There are loud people in rooms and hallways. The rooms are not as pictured. So not stay here. We stayed for one night I refused to shower in the shower.

This place was not safe. Homeless people,drug addicts, and prostitutes hanging out all around. This hotel should not be on Expedia. I have never stayed in such a dump. Was woke up at 3am by people in the hallway banging walls, cussing, and being loud.

We left super early in the morning
We heard people talking in the hallway all night. It looked like the dirt in the hallways was swept against the walls. The rooms looked like fixed up bedrooms and by the time i made it to the room I was afraid to sleep in the bed (afraid we'd get bedbugs or something). I couldn't sleep most the night.

This property is falsely advertised online. The pictures look nice but aren’t at all what the location looks like. The elevator is on its last leg. Upon entering our room, there was a used bar of soap still in the shower, “complimentary” shampoo and conditioner were empty, and gross around opening of the containers. Duvet/comforter was covered in stains, black, brown, blue, and holes. They threw a sheet over top to cover this fact. Hair dryer was broken, and no Kleenex tissues or trash can in the room. Breakfast was ok, bagels, activia yogurt, make your own waffle, and cereal. Orange, apple, grape juice and coffee and milk. The room we were in had a microwave and fridge, the fridge was super loud and also had a used towel sitting on top of it, I assume for a leak or condensation. The coffee pot also had an old used coffee filter in it, so cleanliness clearly isn’t a huge a priority given the way everything has added up. Housekeeping was always seen wandering the halls, blasting music, but only seemed to collect trash from the rooms and restock towels and tp. I don’t recommend staying here alone. All doors leading outside were not locked, so anyone could enter without a key card. If not that, then they were propped open with towels at all hours. This feels very unsafe. The front desk staff are the only positive about this location. They were friendly and helpful, and prompt when we needed assistance, like our key card malfunctioning.
