Could been worse, could’ve been better
Host stopped communicating after one back and forth conversation. Ants in bathroom, one of the recess lights from the kitchen were hanging in the air freely off of its bracket, had a total of 8 people and water hear stopped working after 3-4 minutes so majority of group took cold showers, neighborhood was eh, random people stopped to sit on porch “to charge their phone” and yardage was unkept and overgrown, one of the beds was broke and looks like it had been for some time. Chairs/couches in living rooms had unknown stains on them as well

Modern but disappointing
We stayed here with 8 adults. The house was modern and mostly clean, but overall it was disappointing.
It is located in a sketchy neighborhood with boarded up shops and people living in tents. Also, it can not sleep 13 people. There were only 5 beds, and the advertised “beds” in the living room didn’t have any bedding/blankets/pillows anywhere, and were just couches. There was an air mattress (again, no bedding) but it had a massive hole and did not stay inflated. There were also only 5 towels for 8 of us staying there. No soap or shampoo was provided. I can’t say I’d recommend this property to anyone in the future.
This urban house is a recently renovated home that works well for a family with three beds that can accommodate a mom & dad, two teenagers and two younger children (bunk beds). It is very clean and modern looking but some windows and doors do not have blinds or curtains to prevent people from easily looking inside.
