Cozy 3 Bedroom Ranch Cottage in downtown Cary. Relax on the back deck or play games in the spacious yard. Home has everything you need for up to 9 People with a fully equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer. Televisions in each bedroom and high-speed Wifi. All Queen Size beds & Sleeper Sofa. Family-friendly with Pack and play and highchair provided. 8 min walk to all of the amenities offered in downtown Cary.

Located in the heart of Cary. Downtown is walkable! Very safe neighborhood.

Other Things to Note:
There is currently a home being built on the private lot next door - As of July 2024, the framing is almost completed. Please note that you will be able to hear construction noises during your stay during the daytime.

Clean Home in a Great Location
The Cozy Cottage was perfect for our family of 4. Communication throughout the entire process was perfect. Check-in was easy. Home is clean and includes all necessities. Beds are very comfortable. There were nice little touches including toiletries, coffee, and a basket of snacks. The neighborhood is nice and ideally located close to Downtown Cary Park and the downtown area. Lots of restaurants, shops and things to do within a short distance. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Location, location, location
Located a block or so from a wonderful “park”, small galleries, coffee shops and more. Best designed family activity park I’ve ever laid eyes on. Yoga classes on Saturday morn with evening concerts. The house is nice with adequate amenities and minor maintenance related issues. Hosts are very responsive. But let’s face it, a stay should not be judged by a chest of drawers that doesn’t work properly or sounds from construction next door - rather did the rental foster a pleasant excursion to the intended destination and encourage exploring unfamiliar grounds. Three cheers for the hostess and host.
