Bright Lofted Condo|Fenton|Long Stays

Summary:
Spacious and updated one bedroom, one bathroom condo on the corner of Cary and Raleigh.

The Space:
This condo is 7 minutes from Cross Roads shopping center, 8 minutes from NC State campus, 10 minutes from Wake Med Cary and 2 minutes from hopping on interstate 40. The lofted master bedroom features a queen sized bed. High ceilings through out the condo with multiple skylights allows for an abundance of natural light. Our living area is open and the very comfortable couch folds into a sleeper sofa for two additional guests or to maximize lounging potential. Off of the living room you will find our back porch. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and for long stays, full bathroom with large tub shower. This condo is on the third floor and does not have an elevator. The condominium is pet friendly with a pet fee.

Guest Access:
Guest's can enjoy the entire condo, we do have one cleaners closet that is locked for storing supplies.

Interaction with Guests:
Available as needed by phone but will give you your space and privacy during your stay.

Stayed at Molly’s place for over two months and it was great! Pros: Location - super close to downtown Raleigh and Cary. Easy highway access. Quiet, clean apartment/area Fast, reliable wifi Large, free parking lot Cons: Not many supplies for long term stays (cleaning, extra linens) No access to community pool

Clean and convenient
Overall our stay was pleasant. Pros: convenient location, clean, had everything we needed. Host was very responsive. Area is quiet and seemed safe. Cons: spiral staircase leading up to loft is a little scary, I definitely wouldn’t want to bring small children here. Lots of sharp edges on the staircase that you could easily run into (I did!). Only 4 of each kitchen dish (plates, bowls) which was just inconvenient to have to constantly wash things but not a huge deal. The outside of the building itself is not well maintained (not the hosts fault as this is outside the unit but still made the stay less pleasant) and the unit is up 3 flights of stairs. If you’re just needing a place to sleep and unwind at the end of the day this place is perfectly fine. I worked from the unit and internet worked well enough to do video calls.
