The home was easily accessible off the interstate, in a quiet neighborhood. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The host was quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay here again if we traveled to Raliegh

We really enjoyed our stay at Matt's place. The house is perfect for a family of six. We had a wedding to attend just up the road and we could not have had a better place. We absolutely will stay here again

Excellent Hotel Alternative for a family group
The property was very clean and comfortable. It also provided adequate room for four to six family members. We appreciated it as a less expensive alternative to two hotel rooms in a nice hotel near downtown Raleigh.

Great house, we just stayed one night on our way to Myrtle Beach. So for us it worked perfectly, but it would be nice for an extended stay as well. Very clean and well maintained. Cozy and plenty of room for 4 adults.

Excellent Wedding weekend stay
We were in town for our sons wedding and stayed here with family. The property was just as described and was perfect for us. This house was perfect for our group. The house had plenty of room for our group of 4. The house was clean and the location was perfect. This place is ideal for longer stays or just an overnight. You will not be disappointed. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate 3 couples or a family. The location is in a quiet neighborhood & it feels safe.

Great time in Raleigh
We are 4 sewers who went to Raleigh for a quilting convention. So, a good time was almost guaranteed. The property was perfect, close to downtown, clean, quiet, and comfortable. We had no issues so we didn't need to communicate with the host once we got directions to get in the house. We would certainly select this home if ever in Raleigh again.

House was exactly as described - very clean inside. There was a broken glass fragments outside but wearing shoes anyway. The girls trip was quiet wonderful especially with the owners suggests of things to do!!!

It was very peaceful and nice and the house was the same as the pictures! I would change the comforter set in the master bedroom! Lol but other than that I definitely recommend!
