"So impressed from the moment we walked in. Extremely clean and welcoming. Clearly this studio was originally set up for someone the hosts cared a lot about as the quality shows. Now they let others use this space and we are grateful they do. Very quiet area and a short drive to Sawtell Beach. The little touches make all the difference to a stay and these hosts added thoughtful touches to welcome us. Thank you for a great stay. "

It was expected that we would have access to Internet however when we phoned the contact number We were told that there was no Internet available. "The property itself was fine. Nicely appointed, clean, comfortable. I booked this because the listing had a hot tub. When we arrived there was no hot tub. Spoke to owner who advised it must be a listing error. Also on a main road which was noisy overnight as the bedroom is on the street side of the block. Also no sun beds or comfortable seating around the pool. The beach towels that were supposed to be in the unit weren’t there. Eventually rectified by the owner. "
