"Only people staying at the property so had the place completely to ourselves however this did mean that facilities such as the bar, breakfast, pool etc were not open. The room was beautiful and get location for Plitvice lakes. "

"This hotel was really cute & nice for our stay while visiting the Plitvice national parks. The front desk was super helpful in checking us in and giving us information about the parks, including the best time to start the day based on the season to avoid crowds. The room was super spacious and nice. It is also close to plenty of restaurants. "

"Nice clean hotel with all the amenities close to Plitvice park. Staff pleasant and accommodating. Pool, whirlpool, gym and sauna a nice extra feature after a day of hiking. Food and beverages overall varied and tasty. Not a great deal in the area other than Plitvice parks/hiking - presume that’s what most would be there for. Would recommend and stay again."

"Marija was lovely. She quickly greeted us on arrival and went over everything we needed to know for our stay. The room was clean with a cute little balcony. The bed was large and the mattress was very firm. The mattress was the only downside for me but I imagine most people enjoy it especially after a long day of hiking. We had the breakfast prior to going on our hike in Plitvice. Marija prepared everything herself and it was very good. She does a wonderful job running everything...

"House Jelena was perfect for our stay at Plitvice Lake. Very modern studio apartment. We totally loved Jelena, who is a lovely host. She shared many tips for visiting Plitvice Lake. Jelena even made coffee for us in the morning and she was very nice with my kids. I highly recommend House Jelena to everyone."

"The property is located very close to the national park (though, you still need to get there by car). The staff is very helpful and accomodating. We only stayed for one night and did not get a chance to try the restaurant, although the options seemed good! The hot tub is a little tight for 4 people, but it is still very enjoyable. The scenery is beautiful. We would definitely go back!"

"Almost everything about our stay was excellent, my only issue and it may well not bother others, but the linen is more like a nylon fabric which I personally don’t like at all. Our host was delightful and helpful, the breakfast was very good and the property & room immaculate ! There is even a pool for cooling off/relaxing! It is in very close proximity to the Plitvice lakes. "

"It is a welcoming family home, just 10 minutes away from the Plitvice National Parks. We where allowed to keep some of the food we had in the fridge. The rooms were simple but clean (no air conditioning). We also managed to book an hour to go on a horse riding. Our children were exited of the thought to go for a horse ride but were a bit scared when they were next to the horses. The horse keepers were wonderful to ease their fears and the children loved it! "Marija was lovely. She quickly greeted us on arrival and went over everything we needed to know for our stay. The room was clean with a cute little balcony. The bed was large and the mattress was very firm. The mattress was the only downside for me but I imagine most people enjoy it especially after a long day of hiking. We had the breakfast prior to going on our hike in Plitvice. Marija prepared everything herself and it was very good. She does a wonderful job running everything herself. The location of the BnB was perfect. We hiked from Entrance one and it was just a quick drive down the road to the parking. Approximately 7 minutes. Very well run and would recommend to others. "

Great Location

"We were traveling to Croatia and decided on apartment Josipa. We arrived at 10 o'clock at night and the owner met us and directed us to the property. I will say that when you first come to the apartment it is not easy to find in the dark. We were lucky and the owner, bless her heart, was following our every move with a flashlight to show us the way. Probably our fault for showing up so late but we got settled in just fine. The owner had made nice treats for us and even included two small bottles of ratija, the national drink of Croatia.The apartment was super clean and only 5-10 mins from Plitvice National Park. We sat on the rooftop deck with drinks and watched the stars. This is a great area and we had a wonderful stay. "
