"Great property. Was a great place to go bowling, swimming and general relaxation. There was a bus that would go into the main city. Not easily accessible to hikes without a car from this property and the gondola was not running during mid summer. "

"Stayed here for 4 nights in February 2025. The room and bed was exceptionally comfortable and the hotel had a really nice feel to it with lots of families staying and hanging out in the communal areas. "The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast staff were very friendly and Alex on the front desk was very helpful! (My son lost his AirPods, but Alex was very helpful in getting them back to us!). A great location, the shuttle van was exceptionally helpful for reaching the gondola. We will come back again!!"

"Fabulous location - probably the best for access to the slopes. Ski storage room was dissappointing, bedrooms are lovely. Great that its adjoined to the Hermitage and you can use the bar there. "The location is great. Carpark was close by and free. But unfortunately they were the only positives. Bed linen and towels were not provided. Despite no mention of this when booking. But most disappointing was the cleanliness."

"The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

"Pay for premium hotel prices, however you dont get premium hotel price service. Bring your own laundry, cleaning supplies and linens. Its like staying in a very expensive hostel. Staff are friendly, but the price isn't worth the room. And you hope the people that stayed before you clean it to an industry standard. Room lacked comfortable seating, something you should expect when staying for a week(?)."

Pure relaxation

"We normally do the all inclusive holidays but this year decided to drive and stay in a villa. Matt the host was always available if both pre during and post our stay for any questions issue concerns we had. We were not disappointed with this property this is massive an as family of 7 we never felt we were on top of each other. It is beautiful and our kids were in there element the lol was great the same room is perfect and we never wanted to come home we will be visiting again. Happy kids happy mum and dad thanks Matt"

"Absolutely terrific stay, just loved it. We stayed for one night while driving through France. The hotel looks just like the photos, it is charming and comfortable. I recommend getting the charcuterie board and a bottle of wine and taking it to the garden or side balcony. This was a highlight of the trip. "
