"Outdoor living in a quiet area, a fabulous escape from the city where you can walk, hike, cook and relax outside in the quiet of nature. We spent a week that was too short, will definitely return as soon aspossible. "

"Very enjoyable stay. Loved the area and all the walking and swimming opportunities nearby. The house has been nicely restored and is comfortable, with a beautiful view from the terrace. Genuine welcome from Albertino, who went out of his way to make us feel at home and help us in any way possible. Would just benefit from a few more pieces of equipment in the kitchen i.e. colander, grater, smaller pan. Overall, highly recommended and would be happy to return."

"Our family of seven (5 girls aged 7-13) have recently returned from this amazing house and pool. We had the best holiday ever! The house is beautifully decorated, lovely and clean, more than adequately equipped and was just a pleasure to spend time in. The owner (John) was wonderful - spoke brilliant English and told us some really interesting places to go and how to get easily into Porto. His brother in law even came to the village and let us follow him into the local butchers. We BBQ'd every...
