"I stayed at this property for a night with my parents. Really cordial and polite staff always ready to serve. We wanted to eat proper Rajasthani dinner which was not available on the menu that night. When we requested if it can be cooked, the chef went out of the way to cook an elaborate meal just for the three of us and within a couple of hours we had the best soul food ever. I recommend this place for its proximity to the lake, supportive staff, heritage architecture & experience, and cleanliness of the rooms and other areas. "

"Contacted the property to let them know that we had tested positive for Covid and we're in the next city over in a different hotel. We were trying to quarantine in the same hotel. The hotel refused to allow us to change or cancel the rooms. We told them we were not in a position to pay for two separate hotels and they said they don't care about Covid come on or lose your money. We called Expedia and they called the hotel and tried to work it out as well and the hotel refused to do so. So despite knowing that we were Covid positive they demanded that we come in honor our reservation there by endangering everybody in the entire hotel. Who Does that? "
