"The room felt luxury, was very well cleaned and worth the price. The area is really quiet during the night which is nice, overall really nice hotel the only problem was the online check in. "

Conference Overnighter

"Friendly welcome, smooth check in (used to be hotel receptionist so appreciate that all the more). Comfortable room with everything I needed - extra heater did make it a tad hot but OK once that off (woman of age with internal heating). Slept so well I overslept. Food at all conference events was great as was service. Slight issue with shower head pointing the wrong way and spraying the floor - operator error). Quick swim and steam refreshed me - had I not overslept, would have been down early doors. Noise from Rock City was not unreasonable - couldn,t find the suggested earplugs though - and I never go away to do the ironing - but a welcome addition."
