"Hotel is beautiful set in lovely grounds. We had a room overlooking the garden so lovely view. It was spacious with a lovely bathroom. Staff were amazing so friendly and very attentive a real credit to the hotel. The only slight issue is there is no air conditioning but there was a fan in the room so that helped. I would definitely stay in this beautiful hotel again."

"Really nice place to stay, perfect for our one night stopover to enjoy Harrogate the day before visting the Yorkshire Event Centre All of the staff we interacted with were polite and professional I couldn't give comfort full marks as the mattress was far too firm for me, resulting in back pain the following morning However after mentioning this to reception on check-out I was told this is something I could ask housekeeping to check before my next arrival so they can potentially allocate a room with a more suitable mattress for me The only fault with breakfast was cold toast"
