"Greeted at reception by great friendly staff, i had an issue with the TV remote not working and sadly using a different remote did not work however this was fine as i was shown where the buttons on the TV were so not a big deal. The floor tiling in the bathroom needs a bit of attention but overall a pleasant stay."

"Tide Hotels knows how to do hospitality! Right from when I arrived I was welcomed as if I had been a guest many times before. Room service and restaurant service was friendly, meals were of good portion size and tasty. The room is well appointed with a comfortable bed and deck overlooking the river (if you choose this option). Shower has good water pressure and the bath salts provided are really nice. Would 10/10 stay again "
