"Welcoming friendly staff throughout the hotel. Warm, comfortable and spotless room. Good disabled access and parking. Superb breakfast choice with first class ingredients. The cooked breakfast was the best I’ve tasted in a long time. A very enjoyable stay to be repeated soon. "

Minor complaint

"Wonderful only thing remote did not work to put on tv. A nice person arrived stating batteries might be low, fiddled with remote, finally got it working, not really explaining the fault after it was turned off it did not work again. Did not bother them again. Otherwise 💯 will go back"

A true gem

"This was such a beautiful hotel in such a beautiful location. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and we loved the decor and different spaces to just relax within the hotel. We dined in the bistro and again, this was a great experience. Would definitely stay here again."

Solo stay.

"The Brooklodge is a beautiful hotel and the grounds are immaculate and lovely to walk around. It is a lovely old style building with a separate building called "brookhall" that has rooms and a geothermal pool. There is an amazing restaurant called the Strawberry tree restaurant, a great leisure centre. Overall, i think it is a little gem and off the beaten track but it is a must see. There is also a lovely quaint looking church beside a river stream-ideal for weddings. "
