"In the small print of the description of these apartments it states that a surcharge of 50 euros will be levied for cleaning costs. I find this unusual as cleaning is normally included in a set room price. If we had stayed at the House Neza for a week the cost spread over that period would be negligible. However we stayed for two nights and left the property in almost pristine condition. Therefore the surcharge seems excessive and in fact increased the substantial enough room price by 25 euros a...

"Die Unterkunft war einfach nur Super, da war alles perfekt. Wir durften sogar unsere Motorräder in die Garage stellen. Von der Vermieterin haben wir dann auch noch einen leckeren selbstgebackenen Kuchen bekommen. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert. PS: Die Adresse ist für Navis nicht ganz einfach zu finden."

Velika zamjerka agenciji VRBO jer je zadržala svoju proviziju bez obzira što je vlasnica apartmana otkazala 2 dana manje od naših uplaćenih 6 dana. "Absolutely loved this apartment. Would stay there again. The apartment is spacious and extremely well appointed. From the balcony, you overlook the beautiful Faakersee, which is only a few minutes walk on a path right outside the front door. The town of Villach is only a 10 minute drive. Great restaurants and activities. Our host Stephan was very friendly and available. He gave us some wonderful suggestions for things to do in the area. "The apartment is a wonderful, cozy spot in a little village. The appartment was clean, has an amazing view, and has a good selection of cookware which we found especially useful. If you're on foot, its about 30 minutes down to the lake, so like they mention it's probably a good idea to have a car. There is a bus stop pretty much across the street though. Marco was a great host, we only spoke english, but we were able to get by, and this really is a great spot."
