Ground floor : - Very large living room open to the kitchen with a large lounge area, dining room with a view of the landscaped garden and the indoor swimming pool. - Fully equipped kitchen. - A large veranda with a lounge area equipped with a billiard table. - 2 independent toilets, 1 of which with a hand basin. - 3 Large bedrooms with 1 double bed. - A large bathroom with a very large walk-in shower. - A laundry area with washing machine giving access to the upper floor. 1st floor: - A bathroom with spa shower and toilet. - 1 Large bedroom with 1 double bed. - 1 Large bedroom with 1 double bed and possibility of a single bed for a child. - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Large gîte for 12 people, ideal for family or friends reunions. Composed of 3 bedrooms downstairs and 3 sufficiently spacious bedrooms upstairs. A pétanque court as well as an indoor heated swimming pool (currently only open from April 15 to September 30) will allow you to enjoy the calm of the countryside. The fully glazed veranda and its magnificent view of the landscaped garden will be an ideal setting for an aperitif. In addition, a billiard table is present in the veranda. With the gîte, La Villa, your weekends will go by very quickly!
