"Superb hotel, location is excellent with very modern facilities. Friendly staff, with a great breakfast selection. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Borovets if we were to return. This is isn’t about the hotel but Borovets resort needs to start investing in new lifts etc - the lift pass cost has increased and the facilities should too. That’s why we wouldn’t return to the resort!"

"Comfortable modern hotel, good breakfast. The temperature of the room was very warm and the thermostat in the room was disabled! The shuttle no longer waits in the bus station at T2 - now it only picks up guests in the main drop off zone. You must watch for the shuttle bus and request it to stop - the name of the hotel is on the bus, but it is difficult to see in the dark. "
