"Art Hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely attentive, helpful, and friendly. There is a parking lot nearby, but it would be better if they partnered with a specific parking facility to offer reasonable parking rates. There were no hotel slippers in my room— a small but important detail. As a result, it is a hotel where I would definitely want to stay again on my future visits to Sofia. I highly recommend it to everyone."

"This was a nice, fresh, new hotel in Sofia, close to the main sights and with all the amenities travellers need. We had a hiccup with laundry, but the hotel went out of their way to apologize and make amends. That goes a long way. Everyone was very helpful.
