"Only stopped for a quick one night on a road trip. Wish we had more time to stay to enjoy the property. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Wish they were stocked up on regular coffee as they mainly had decaf. Responses from the host was hit and miss but when they did respond it was very helpful. Watch out for mid stay cleaning fees. Was charged a mid stay cleaning fee for a one night stay. Messaged the host and he took it off. If I hadn’t reached out we would have been charged twice for cleaning....

"We enjoyed our Las Cruces stay, which included daily walks, golf, a trip to the Saturday market, a fabulous orchestra concert at NMSU, and dining at some great restaurants. A stay in this comfortable, spacious home was perfect for our visit!"

"This was probably one of our best VRBO stays yet. First and foremost was the cleanliness. The floors were white sock clean. There were lots of decorative knickknacks appropriate for the location and accommodation. They were dust free. The kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans were clean. The towels and bedding were fresh and not wore out. So first impressions we were off to a good start. Next, we were cooking most of our meals, nothing fancy. There were adequate pans and utensils for cooking....

I can’t say enough positive things; clean, beautiful, a variety of snacks, warm pool even on cooler windy days. A bedroom and plenty of space (and then some) for our family of 4.
