Not far from Dresden, near the Elbradweg and the Weinwanderweg, lies the comfortable 5 * apartment in the Radebeuler Musikerviertel, for up to 4 people. The quiet Italian country house villa has been carefully restored over the years, which is reflected in various details. For this villa received in 2006 the recognition of the association 'preservation of monuments and new building Radebeul'.

The equipment of the comfortable five-room apartment combines antiquarian with modernity.

On 110 square meters you can expect:

The home was very big, pretty and clean. It is a very quiet neighborhood. We were able to walk to my brother‘s house in 15 minutes. Our dog and us enjoyed the beautiful garden. Our hostess was very friendly and helpful.

Best place to stay near Dresden, hands down!
What can't I rave about this apartment? With the spaciousness, the homey feeling, the gorgeous garden, the stocked kitchen, the convenient location, and Frau Rudolph being the most helpful, gracious, friendly, and helpful host on the planet, it may be one of the best places I've stayed in the world. It's super convenient to get around; walking distance to the tram, but also easy to get around via car. Parking was a breeze inside the automatic gate. A grocery store is a short walking/driving distance away, so we bought food for breakfast. Easy to make with all the pans, stove, and appliances. Electric shutters keep out the morning sun, but pull away to reveal the dew covered flowers outside. A sauna and billiard table await in the basement, and Frau Rudolph assisted us in doing our much needed laundry. She even left us cookies and fruit for snacks! If I could have stayed here longer, I would have. Heck, I'd live here! Don't miss it! Five stars doesn't cover how great this is. We are definitely coming back!

Etwas ganz besonderes
Eine wunderbare Wohnung mit großem Garten und Wintergarten. Gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Problemloser Check in. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Dresden, Meißen ect. Sehr Hundefreundlich. Elbe fussläufig erreichbar. Im Nachbarort viele Restaurationen und individueller Einzelhandel. Emphelung mit der Dampflock nach Moritzburg. Spreewald 1 h Fahrtzeit mit dem Auto entfern. Ebenso die Sächsische Schweiz.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Gastgeberinn ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr schön ist es auch, dass man im Grundstück parken kann. Auch unser Hund hat sich gleich wie zuhause gefühlt.

Die Gastgeberin ist super nett, die Wohnung ist super schön, der Garten ist ein Traum und Parkplatz ist umzäunt. Wir durften uns auch bei den Kräutern bedienen im Garten. Die Lage ist super ruhig. Die Straßenbahn ist innerhalb 4 min. Gehzeit erreichbar. Wenn wir wieder in Dresden sind, bleiben wir gerne wieder dort.

Sehr großzügige Wohnung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und Frau Rudolph ist eine sehr sympathische, unkomplizierte Gastgeberin. Ich weiß gar nicht, was in der Wohnung nicht vorhanden gewesen wäre. Wir haben das meiste aber nicht gebraucht, da wir immer sehr viel selbst mitnehmen. Auch für unseren kleinen Hund sehr schöne, ruhige Lage. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft in einer wunderschönen Umgebung !
Wir waren beeindruckt von dieser Unterkunft, es ist alles da, was man sich wünschen kann ! Die riesengroße, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung ist ein MUSS, wenn man in Radebeul Urlaub machen möchte. Da die Vermieterin selbst im Haus wohnt, ist es unumgänglich, mit ihr ins Gespräch zu kommen. Was für ein Spaß, sich mit Frau Rudolph zu unterhalten, sie ist sehr aufgeschlossen, total humorig und absolut liebenswert..., was will man mehr..., besser geht's einfach nicht !!! Auch die Gegend, in der die Unterkunft liegt, ist spannend (architektonisch wie kulturell) und man hat alles vor Ort, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Man kann von dort aus auch super in alle Richtungen radeln, Dresden ist nicht weit und der Elberadweg liegt vor der Tür. Einfach empfehlenswert..., Frau Rudolph..., wir kommen wieder..., großes Indianerehrenwort !!!

Schönster Aufenthalt im Osten
Wir hatten schon mehrere, verschiedene Unterkünfte. Von 5 Sterne Hotel bis hin zum Apartment. Aber diese Unterkunft übertrifft alles. Die Hausherrin ist unfassbar lieb, und allein dadurch fühlt man sich schon sehr wohl. Die Bilder kommen der Realität allerdings nicht ganz nach. In Realität ist es soviel schöner, denn auf den Bildern. Liebevoll dekoriert, von klassisch über Top modern lässt es das Herz höher schlagen, und gibt dem Urlaub sehr viel Wohlfühlen. Auch der schöne Garten lädt zum Erholen ein. Danke für die wundervolle Woche, für Ihre Gastfreundlichkeit, wir werden wieder kommen. Ihre Familie S. PS. Stilvoll und komfortabel Wohnen in bester Lage
Großzügige Wohnung im Reformstil mit ausgewähltem Mobilar, großem Garten und guter Anbindung. Bäcker/Konditor, Straßenbahn, S-Bahn, Bus und Schmalspurbahn sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Vorzügliche Winzerhöfe in fußläufiger Entfernung. Gastgeberin sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Insgesamt sehr empfehlendwert!
