"Perfect in every way!"

"A very relaxing and pleasant experience. Very clean and the staff took the time to tour around the property and explaining all of the numerous amenities they offered. Indoor and outdoor heated pools, sauna/steam rooms and a full gym. Parking is a little difficult if they are busy but the parking is well lit with motion lights and covered. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner options available and table is reserved. The views from the hotel are amazing. Overall one of the best hotels I’ve stayed!"

"The apartment was large and had lots of space. Beds were very uncomfortable and we were unable to rest. Best part was the closeness to the ski mountain and going sledding. The town was super cute! "

"We had a wonderful stay. The residence was clean, homey, and welcoming. The staff was attentive and helpful. Breakfast was such a treat and more than I could have imagined. The location was central to the mountain trails we wanted to hike but still out of the way and private. We would love to be able to come back and stay longer. "

"The location was great- just a few minutes walk into Tirolo's shops and hiking. The seilbahn (gondola) was just a few minutes walk up the hill. Parking was easily accessible, the hostess was super helpful, and the apartment rented was perfect for our needs- a basic stove/sink/refrigerator, dining area, access to an outdoor patio and garden, and comfortable bed. "The property was clean and tidy. But on our arrival we were told we would not get full access to the property. Leaving us short of some beds. Even though we had 18 guests staying, This caused lots of problems with sleeping arrangements. I was promised a refund but still nothing!!! . There is a sauna and washing machine. You will not be allowed to use these because the sauna is locked and the owner comes down to do your washing because she won't trust anyone else to use it. Make sure you get...

"Great quiet family stay. Spa was nice but needed a little care in places but was still very enjoyable experience. We had a penthouse room which was lovely, excellent views and a private huge patio. There were things like a TV but we never even switched them on. Parking was generally a breeze and very accessible. The kids stayed on a sofa bed which looked comfortable (obviously a premium sofabed) for kids, but as it is a sofa bed, so as adult i wouldn't want to have slept on it. Overall a wonderful stay which I hope to come again. The skiing locally was great dor a young family on their first/second season ski school integrated on the main slopes. But was nothing challenging fora more experienced skier."

"The hotel itself is wonderful. The room was clean, spacious, modern and comfortable with a beautiful view of the snowy mountains. The staff were attentive and friendly. My only recommendations would be for the indoor pool to be warmer and for more variety for children’s dinners. "

Great Chalet within walking distance to ski resort

"We had a great time at this Chalet as a family. Spacious enough for our family of 5 and comfortable. Just a few minutes' walk to the lifts made it very convenient. Perfect location if you want to use the ski resort. Wil be back for sure. "
