The holiday apartment "Blosegghof Waldblick" is located in Racines (Ratschings) and boasts direct access to the ski slopes. The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include heating, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office workers, a TV as well as children's books and toys. On top of that, a shared sauna is also provided for your enjoyment. 2 high chairs and 2 baby cots are also available.
The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a garden, a barbecue and a playground, is also available for your use. There is a large outdoor area for playing and sunbathing.
The guesthouse is right next door, and the property is near the Gilfenklamm, the Ratschings-Jaufen ski area, the homeowners' family farm, and the Ratschings hiking area.

Moderne bergchalet van alle gemakken voorzien
Pros: Zeer mooie moderne chalet met fantastische zichten 360 graden rond. Degelijke materialen zijn gebruikt voor de bouw. Privé afgesloten terras met tafel, stoelen en ligbedden. Alles was aanwezig: haardroger, zeep, handdoeken, afwasmiddel, vuilzakken, sponsjes, koffiemachine met verse bonen, elke dag ontbijtmand met streekproducten en elke dag een beetje anders, veel ruimte voor de hond om te spelen, heel goede communicatie met de host die altijd ter beschikking is via WhatsApp, geholpen bij de boeking van een kruidentour. Levering eten kan op bestelling, vlakbij verschillende wandelingen. Vlakbij gezellig stadje Sterzing. Leuk voor gezinnen met kinderen vanwege de dieren en speelgedeelte. Cons: Ideaal voor kindjes, want de boerderij ligt op het einde van een privé weg, veel kleine kindjes en de activiteiten op de boerderij en de alm gaan ook gewoon door. Tijdens ons verblijf (3e week juli) werd er veel mest gestrooid id omgeving maar dat is het boerderij leven

Pros: Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung des Chalets , die Freundlichkeit und zuvorkommende Art der Vermieter von Florian und Nicole, Frühstückskorb war genial ….rundum perfekt 👍 Cons: Nichts !
