"What a cool place to stay in a great city! The building has many amenities and our unit specifically was clean, spacious and modern. The location was fabulous ! "The lodging was just what I needed for my short stay. The only problem I experienced (which is a very important to me) was the in ability to control the heating. Its either on or off. When its off, it's going to get super cold and when its on, it will get super hot and uncomfortable. I had to open the window often to cool of. "

Our hosts were friendly and helpful and our stay was comfortable. We had easy access by car to restaurants and entertainment venues. It was a great place to stay., "

We learned that one needs to register with MPD for parking and there are restrictions. You can only park on the street for 3 days out of 30 and need to park on the odd side on odd days and even side on even nights. The WI-FI was poor. "We wanted to stay close to the Santa Rampage Bike Ride finish line and this was a great spot! Right off of Brady Street so we could walk to the event as well as restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean, cozy and well appointed. Check in was a breeze and we loved being able to park off the street. We will definitely be back to this location next bike ride."

"We got to our Vrbo late evening. We sit on the bed and all my husband could smell was bad body odor. Come to find out the sheets had stains on them and were discusting. We found a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door. We contacted the company and they gave us back our clean deposit of $35. We had to go buy laundry soap and bleach. Wash everything before we could go to bed, it was after midnight. Not a happy customer! Will never stay here again!! "

"The absolute best property I have ever short term rented. The Blue Goat apartments are amazing. Well appointed and unique apartments in a great area of MKE. Lots of restaurants, breweries, bars and shopping within walking distance. Main purpose of our stay was for Summerfest. It was also a blast and the proximity of the apartments to the venues being within walking distance was a bonus. Didn’t want to leave and would not hesitate to rent the property again."

"Great place. Within walking distance to many great places to eat. Buses available on corner to downtown Milwaukee. Apartment had everything we needed for a great stay. One issue, though definitely not a deal breaker, is that this apartment faces the beer garden for the restaurant bellow. Noise wasn't an issue, but the lights to the beer garden are left on all the time. This made the apartment somewhat bright at night and there are no blackout curtains, just vinyl blinds that dont block light....

Not everything is perfect but that is the charm of this old farm house. If you plan to use the yard make sure that it is taken care of before you stay at the property. There are several great places to go less than 20 mins away. We enjoyed the say and this a great place for a large group."
