"The room was very clean and comfortable and a lot of care had been taken over the details and making sure guests had everything they needed. A lot of thought had definitely been given to making sure guests were comfortable and taken care of. The bathroom was very modern, attractive and the shower was amazing. "Very nice lady operating it, and place is cool, but unfortunately whole experience was destroyed by nobody on site at arrival, could not reach through phone written next to door for 15 minutes, the phone number in confirmation email was wrong, someone else answered. One I reached someone they said “one minute” but still took 15 to arrive. I got late for a dinner reservation due to this. Once my money is taken I would expect a key ready on arrival, at least at 6pm in the evening, otherwise it is...

"Lovely hotel, staff friendly and helpful, room always warm and very comfortable. Lots of additional things that made stay special, slippers, dressing gown, toothbrush and toothpaste, free mini bar. Shower was fine but water was never really hot just luke warm. I would definitely recommend this hotel and its restaurant opposite, lovely food and service exceptional. "

"This hotel was fantastic and we definitely didn't expect it for the price we paid. It was so clean, the staff were friendly, we had everything we needed, they even gave us complimentary drinks on arrival. Breakfast was amazing as well. We arrived late and went to the restaurant so our son could eat, when we said we really didn't want to eat anything, the staff offered to make us whatever we wanted. They were all so lovely. I hope I get to stay again someday. "
