"Our room had the shower right next to the bed so if you share with a friend you will get pretty intimate pretty fast A big problem for us was the noise, very thin walls, you could hear everyone around you every time they turned the water on or took a shower. Also, there is a club or a restaurant nearby that has loud music late into the night, I think it stops after 2 or 3 am. "We had a great holiday at this beautiful property. The surroundings are amazing and the apartment is clean, spacious and has everything that you could possibly need and more. The host Linda is extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble, she is also quick to respond to messages. Don’t hesitate to book, you wont be disappointed. We will certainly be back next year,"

"Ein super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Nette Leute in Arzberg! Die Unterkunft könnte etwas an der Sauberkeit tun, Ofen gesperrt, Heizung nicht gefunden. Müllbeutel waren Mangelware. Abendliche Gemütlichkeit eher nicht -Wärme fehlte und die Holzbank war sehr unbequem.Vielleicht mal Matraze im Elternzimmer tauschen und mal wieder Streichen. Ansonsten sehr nett. "

"Overall, the property was very well kept. It’s clean and beds were comfortable. The only downside was they did not have shampoo and soap in the shower. The breakfast was decent not the best, but definitely not the worst overall and if you’re looking for an inexpensive place to stay at that’s clean I would recommend it."

Our two week holiday

"A traditional barn conversion on a working farm we had cows just outside our windows and chickens roaming in the yard.If you dont speak German not easy to communicate with owner as they don't speak English, but able to get by. Yes we wouls stay there again."

"We stayed at the property during an incredibly warm period and were located on the 4th floor of the hotel. There’s no air conditioning and a fan wasn’t available, sleeping was very difficult. Otherwise, the property and the staff were great although the interior finishes are looking a little tired. I would suggest this is a 3 star hotel, not a 4 star, and would have been excellent if we were paying 3 star rates."
