Beautiful hotel. It feels like every detail has been thought through. Joe Malone Bath products. It smells amazing everywhere. You can’t fault this property. Best hotel in this trip by far !

Everything in the room was either broken or falling off. Clean room and spacious. First they were supposed to put me in the 16th floor then something happened and took me down to the crappy broken room 6/7 floors down.

Délit de faciès accueil horrible
Nous avons été victime de délit de faciès Nos bagages n’ont pas été pris en charge après une demi heure d’attente nous n’avons pas été servi au restaurant au prétexte que la cuisine était fermée alors qu’ils avaient déjà pris notre commande !! Nous avons quitté l’hôtel car c’était de trop !!cet hôtel n’a de 5 et étoiles que le nom. Deux autres clients se sont retrouvés dans la même situation que nous .
