Less than 10 minute walk from Rabat Villa train station. About 30 minute walk to the Chellah and the Kasbah of the Udayas. Next to the Modern Art Museum. Buffet breakfast is nice but they don’t refill so be there early. Facilities are good enough.

Perfect Location for Visit to Rabat
To start, all staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very quiet, especially the rooms to the back but the sound insulation between rooms is not good as one can hear when the neighbours use the bathroom or open / close their doors. The room size was adequate but especially with 2 beds and 2 guests using a room, it is very cramped. There are no tea / coffee making facilities in the room and drinks outside b'fast time have to be paid for. The wifi was very fast. Staff communicated quickly prior to my arrival. In all, a very pleasant stay of 4 nights.

My stay was not so good. The standard of the hotel is average and the location is not so relaxing. Very difficult to find parking lot. Not so many good restaurants. The break fast finish fast and no replacement for additional food.

Nice basic hotel
Rooms are comfortable but hotel does not provide some basic toiletries like facial tissues or hand soap. There is a shower soap dispenser inside the shower and kind of awarkward to access it if you need some soap to wash hands
