"Herwann is a very nice host, the location and the layout of the house are great. Unfortunately, a few things are getting on in years and need a refurbishment. and the cleanliness was also a bit lacking, we found stains on the bedding and blankets. Also the lanai was basically unusable as it was completely filthy. "The apartment is a great size and in a fantastic location. It had everything we needed and was in a good condition. A luxury to have underground parking! The owner is very efficient and thorough, and he was really flexible in terms of booking, arrival and departure times. He was available to answer any queries and kept in touch with us. Llanes is a lovely town, with access to all you need and a great base to explore the area."
