"Oh my gosh, my stay was absolutely incredible! I can’t recommend it enough. Saif was our lifesaver! We were so stressed out about everything, but Saif took care of it all. We were kept in the loop about everything, and it was so much easier to relax and enjoy our time. The buffet was a bit of a mixed bag, but the themed restaurants were amazing! The Italian restaurant was my favourite, especially the prawn starter. It was to die for! The Far Eastern and Arab/North African restaurants were also great. The shuttle service was fantastic! It ran every 10-15 minutes, both clockwise and anti-clockwise, and there was an app that tracked your next shuttle. That was so convenient! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They were always there to lend a hand or answer any questions we had. We even got a free 45-minute massage (head, neck, shoulders, and back) as a perk. And for an extra $30, we could get a full-body massage. Yum! We had a sunset cruise booked, but unfortunately, it was canceled because of the rough weather. But we didn’t mind. We had a great time anyway! Overall, it was an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway."

I’ve traveled to many countries and stayed at various hotels and resorts, but I can confidently say this experience sets a new standard — offering a level of luxury and uniqueness that’s truly unforgettable. We were warmly welcomed by our personal concierge, Poula, who went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty. He and his team arranged a stunning private dinner setup and helped us book an incredible professional photographer. We ended up purchasing two albums because we simply couldn’t choose from all the amazing photos. This place gave us the perfect balance of peace and adventure. We originally came to celebrate our anniversary but were gifted a once-in-a-lifetime experience we will never forget. I’ll definitely miss this place and can’t wait to return with my family."
