"Comfy bed, very spacious room. very friendly staff on desk on arrival, simple checkout But - tap in room difficult to use Breakfast - service very poor, never got served. Clearing up used crockery and spillages needed to be improved Hotel looking in need of some TLC, could be lovely"

"The staff were lovely, the room shower everything was lovely and clean. Unfortunately for me the mattress was a little bit thin, and that wasn't conducive to a good night's sleep. Everything else I didn't have a problem with."

"The location was perfect for my trip. I travelled to Nottingham by train for an event at the Motorpoint arena. The Ibis is about 5 minutes walk from the Motorpoint, and less than 10 minutes from the train station. The hotel is exactly what I've come to expect from Ibis - clean, comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. I would reccomend this property for anyone needing a hotel in the area"
