The location is very good. However, the owner's response to problems with TV and internet speed was not great. The internet speed was extremely slow and never got it resolved after multiple complaints. Of course, can't stream TV with very slow internet. Had to go across the street to send emails and/or get some work done. Owner basically left it to me to communicate with service provider. I will not stay there again, much better options elsewhere !
