Out of Sync
The two concierges were very nice and very flexible about check out times. We were also offered another room to fit more comfortably without any extra charge. The rooms were a bit dirty, some of the furniture was broken, there was no toilet paper, soap, or towels, and no water pressure. We were close to the historical district, which was good for our plans. Overall it was about as expected. The biggest issue was that the people working there knew about the reservation but not this website and almost charged us double because they were out of the loop with what it says on here.
