Finally around 2:00 he was joined by a lady in a white smock, I showed her the google translate and she checked me in and took me to my room. The room was cold, window open, heater was not working, towels were like sandpaper. I had to leave the key outside the front door to the building since the place was all locked up and I needed the key to get out. Very lax management, bad experience overall "
