"Very nice clean cottage with beautiful views. It was chilly and windy so we didn't take out the boats or kayaks so I guess we will have to come back. Rhonda stopped by to make we got checked in okay and didn't need anything. We thought that was above and beyond and it was appreciated. "

"My wife and I went there as a romantic getaway. It is a beautiful space, clean, lots of space (entire floor) and unique, cozy atmosphere. The owner is friendly and accommodating. He is constantly improving the property. Everything was pretty much brand new. "

"We had such a great time and a wonderful stay at the Lake House in Marshall, Michigan. The home has stunning unobstructed views of a lake and you really can't see any other homes. The deck was nice to hang out on and we used the firepit one night and enjoyed the stars and a beautiful moon. The house is well equipped in the two kitchens. Great location: golf course across the street, on the lake for boating, sand bar, fishing, walking around the island, golf carting if you bring one, and great community of friendly people. "This was a comfortable and spacious room in downtown Hillsdale. Easy walking distance to restaurants and a somewhat longer walk to Hillsdale College. Downsides: very soft mattress and the location of the toilet in the bathroom is awkward for larger people. Since we were petite it was fine. When we had an issue with the lock it was promptly rand easily resolved. Overall a comfortable experience."

"The property was absolutely gorgeous . My grand kids had a wonderful time with paddle boat. They had brought fishing poles and fished off the dock. It was wonderful watching the cousins bond. Thank you to the host for allowing this to happen. The house was everything described. "
