"The staff was very pleasant and down to earth like staying with family .the hotels going through renovations in some areas, but is very well taken care of. The rooms have been updated. The carpet has good padding. They even have cookies laid out for the customers and breakfast in the morning. I will definitely use this place again when traveling to Quincy."

"The breakfast area was exceptionally clean. Seating area was roomy. Breakfast server (Shelly)? was very helpful. The conference room was great for our Family Christmas.Thank you!"

"This was the perfect home base for us and our adult children when we were not with extended family on Christmas Eve and Christmas. The rooms are smallish but comfortable and tastefully decorated. Lauren' simple and elegant Christmas touches made us feel welcome. The kitchen had everything we needed. A note for elderly guests-- there are a few features which those with less mobility may not be able to take full advantage of. The dining room and chairs are taller than traditional height. Stairs to the bedrooms upstairs are a little narrow, and a charming old-fashioned bathtub could be harder for some to get in and out of. None of these passed any issues for us though, and we really enjoyed our time here! has everything we needed. "
