"The staff were fantastic, the hotel was immaculately clean and a great location. A special shout out is required, due to a jet lag we kept strange hours the first few days in Galway, the late night team, in particular Jonathan and Tyrese provided outstanding customer service without batting an eye to our strange hours and are the reason we will without a doubt be returning to the Harbour Hotel. Thank you both, and look forward to visiting again soon! "

"Stayed over Friday-Saturday to visit friends based at the University. Brilliant hotel for 3 friends looking for clean, modern, handy city centre accommodation at an attractive pricepoint. Excellent and extremely helpful communication from the reception staff both in advance of and during our stay, spacious room, clean and fresh with great bathroom facilities, and a small but adequate gym for a quick run on the treadmill. "Gort wouldn't be an obvious choice of location, but we stayed for nollaig na mban ( aka little Christmas) and were pleasantly surprised. The area is rich in culture and literary hustory. Fans of WB Yeats and the abbey theatre are in for a treat. Also, the natural landscape and geology are unique, being right beside the burren. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has an excellent bar and food ootion. Staff are polite and wrlcoming. Would definitely recommend it. "
