"This is the 4th year I have stayed at this property and I always enjoy it! It has the most beautiful view of the Pacific with beautiful sunsets. I love the location and Concon is very tranquil. If you are looking for a great location and comfortable place to stay This is it. Vina Del Mar, Valparaiso and Renaca are an uber ride away. if you feel like doing more touristy things. Andrea has always been a great host and the property is beautiful. Can't wait to go back next trip! "

"I did not stay at this property because I could not. I am requesting a refund. The unit walls were peeling off, no hot water, no heater, the wifi did not work, the stains on the wall and baseboards could not be washed; if you try to turn on the water in the bathroom sink faucet, the piping was so loose, it might come out of the wall. I am demanding s full refund, I could not stay and had to find alternative lodging"

"So sad we chose this property! A lovely escape turned into a horrible week. The property was filthy when we arrived (5PM) No cleaning was ever made. SAND everywhere: floor, in the kitchen sink, in the shower, inside the Closet Drawers! Hairs! Dirty windows, awful and I was charged 45 USD (cleaning fee). I called the admins and sent pictures.
