And a couple of them have no hospitality skills, they are always prepared TO AVOID YOU, especially when a guest clearly needs help. Overall, do not expect a 'Four Season' resort. "We were able to check in a few minutes early, which was great. The front/ security desk crew were friendly & spoke some English to help us. Our unit was exactly as shown & we had some view from the 8th floor & a balcony which was nice. We were about 5-10 mins. from several places that we choose to eat at, which were good & public transportation was the same. Our only complaint was that the bed was pretty firm."
