This pleasant house 3rooms of almost 55m² for 6persons is located door n°B4 of the residence “le Hameau de Manemeur”, quiet and near city center.

It includes:
- Entry,
- Living room with TV and sofa bed of 140cm large,
- Equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, cooking plate, dishwasher and washing machine),
- Toilets separated,

Upstairs:
- Bedroom with two beds of 90cm large,
- Bedroom with one bed of 140cm large,
- Bathroom with toilets.

Terrace and small garden exposed south/west and garden furniture.
Garage n°G4 and Parking n°8 et n°19. Animal allowed with extra charge (4€/day).

Electric and water usage in extra charge excepted from the 24th of May to 27th of September 2025.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 100€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.

Nette Unterkunft

Wir haben mit unserer 4-köpfigen Familie zwei schöne Wochen hier verbracht. Erwähnenswert ist die wirklich schöne und ruhige Lage, die noch durch absolut hilfsbereite Nachbarn aufgewertet wird. Leider war das Haus nicht besonders sauber, auf den Decken fanden sich Hundehaare und in der Küche befand sich auf dem Boden eine klebrige Fettschicht. Auch Geschirr und Besteck mussten wir erst einmal spülen, bevor es nutzbar war. Der etwas muffige Geruch verschwand trotz täglichen Lüften nicht ganz. Trotzdem verbrachten wir einen schönen Urlaub in dem Haus.

Maison très bien placée proche de tout

Maison idéalement placée dans une zone calme proche du centre, des commerces, de la plage et de la côte sauvage. Espace extérieur permettant uniquement de prendre les repas. Echanges mails beaucoup trop nombreux par l'agence : on en perd la trace de l'essentiel.
