Studio of 27 m2 - 50m from the city center - at the foot of the large beach with balcony overlooking the sea, 1st floor with lift, south-south west exposure. The apartment was completely refurbished in early 2019.
Entrance with cupboards, separate WC, bathroom with Italian shower, living room with fitted kitchen: dishwasher, microwave oven / combi, ceramic hob, fridge.
Sleeping 2 people sofa bed, with thick and comfortable mattress. Sheets and towels are provided.

Superbe séjour !
Superbe séjour dans un appartement extrêmement bien placé. Donnant sur la plage, à proximité de tous les commerces. L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel, refait à neuf. Le balcon donnant sur la plage est un vrai luxe même s'il faut l'avouer, en pleine saison, l'environnement est très bruyant y compris la nuit, mais il faut s'en douter lorsque l'on souhaite séjourner dans un appartement avec cette qualité d'emplacement. Accueil parfait des propriétaires, gentillesse, disponibilité, conseils. Je recommande vivement !

Studio de charme sur front de mer.
Studio excellement situé sur le front de mer avec toutes les commodités alentours. On gare la voiture et tout le reste se passe à pied ou en scooter pour découvrir la presqu'île et les îles accessibles grâce à la gare maritime située à 200m. L'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires et leur gentillesse constitue le point d'orgue d'un séjour des plus agréables.

Petit nid douillet avec vue magnifique
Très bon accueil et studio très agréable. L emplacement est génial avec vue sur la mer au pied de la grande plage. Il est idéalement situé pour la découverte de la baie de quiberon et de ses îles. Il est aussi très pratique du fait de sa proximité de tous les commerces nécessaires. Merci pour ce séjour très agréable.

Excellente prestation locative.
Seul bémol : trop de tapage nocturne et L’hystérie éthylique des groupes va bien au delà des fermetures de bars. 2, 3, 4 h du matin ... mais que fait la police ...? 🤪😄
