My fammily and I enjoyed our one night stay there. My mother was fascinated with the place. It’s just so peaceful and beautiful. The service was absolutely incredible from the start until we left.

Lots of mold in the bathroom, on the curtains and on the furniture. Old curtains with stains as well as the bed sheets they were not changed it was the exact same bedsheets with the exact same stains and sewed holes. Hotel rooms need to be better kept. Ice cold showering water. The property It’s self is beautiful everything outside the rooms is beautiful as well as the animals.

El lugar es bonito, sus jardines son lindos, hay pavos reales y cisnes le dan bonita vista. La habitación amplia, sin embargo, la llave no abría, la chica de recepción de la noche no estaba muy atenta, de hecho no estaba una noche. En la habitación los contactos no servían, uno incluso está despegado de la pared y los cables estaban sueltos. En el baño el primer día no salía agua caliente. La televisión nunca se vio, afuera de la habitación, en la mesa de la terraza siempre había colillas de cigarro.

Es un hotel muy bonito, pero le falta mantenimiento, hay esculturas, fuentes (siempre apagadas), cisnes, un flamingo, pavorreales, guacamayas. Un lugar donde da gusto estar, ojalá mejoraran los pequeños detalles. El salón de juegos está muuuuuuy descuidado. No es accesible para sillas de ruedas.
