El personal muy amable, la habitación limpia pero no hubo agua caliente. Las camas muy incómodas y el ambiente muy ruidoso. No fue fácil conciliar el sueño porque las cortinas eran muy traslúcidas y pasaba la luz de la lámpara. Y nosotros salíamos muy temprano y salimos más cansados de lo que esperábamos

Esta regular pero los colchones son duros amaneces con dolor de espalda, las tvs no sieven nunca pudimos ver nada y hay cucarachas , el último dia hubo fiesta nocturna y la cocina muy cerca de las habitaciones se escucha mucho el ruido cuando cocinan , la encargada del turno matutino tiene mal modo para dirigirse tanto a los clientes como a sus compañeras de trabajo

Todo estuvo muy bien tal vez que le dieran un poco de mantenimiento a las instalaciones como por ejemplo en el cuarto faltaban unos videos pero fuera de eso está muy bien

¡Se llena de cucarachas en la noche! Baño y recámara, las camas son duras y las sábanas y cobijas deben tener 30 años de uso. El personal empieza a hacer ruido en la recepción desde temprano y se escucha todo en la habitación.

El trato por parte del personal fue atento y servicial en todo momento, siempre dispuesto a resolver dudas. La limpieza de la habitación fue adecuada. El único inconveniente fue que mi habitación estaba cerca del área donde se encuentra la bomba de agua, y además, unos inquilinos ponían su música a todo volumen a las 6:30 de la mañana. A pesar de esto, el servicio fue bueno y el precio accesible.

Tenia que hacer el Checkin antes de las 7pm, por mi trabajo llegue a las 9pm y mi reservación habia sido cancelado. El personal me encontro una solución por el cual la atención fue buena sin embargo me costo mas de lo planeado. Para mi seria necesario extender la hora del checkin
