El hotel se ve muy bonito, pero todo falla, no llega el wifi ni señal de teléfono a las habitaciones, la tv no sirve, el aire acondicionado chorrea agua, y no hubo agua caliente en la ducha

El aire acondicionado tenía una filtración y se encharcó la habitación. No tuvimos agua caliente el domingo en la mañana. Cuando llegamos el sábado, no había servicio de alimentos y el domingo, solo tenían huevos y enchiladas.
