Upon arrival, you will receive an access card that allows you to enjoy our common work areas, ideal for focusing and being productive (please remember that these are intended only for guests, and parties are not allowed). You will also have the opportunity to relax in our heated pool, located within the building. A perfect experience to combine work and relaxation!

**Suite Rules:**
1. **Respect and Courtesy:**
Treat the space as if it were your home. Be kind and respectful to neighbors and the environment.
2. **No Smoking:**
Smoking is prohibited in any area of the building, including the terrace. If you need to smoke, please do not do so on the property.
3. **No Pets Allowed:**
Animals are not allowed on the property.
4. **Number of Guests:**
The maximum number of guests is 4 adults and 1 child. It must not exceed the amount agreed upon in the reservation. If you need to change the number, please contact us in advance.
5. **Visitors:**
A maximum of 2 visitors is allowed during your stay, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Please inform us in advance if you will have visitors. Under no circumstances may they stay overnight in the Suite.
6. **Parking Use:**
Parking is available for one vehicle, in spot number 7. There is no space for visitors.
7. **Parties and Gatherings:**
Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. We maintain a peaceful and pleasant environment for all.
8. **Quiet Hours:**
Maintain a quiet environment between 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to respect the neighbors.
9. **Report Damages:**
If any accidental damage occurs during your stay, please inform us immediately so we can address it.
10. **Security Compliance:**
Close doors and windows when leaving the property. Press the touch screen to lock.
11. **Clean Before Leaving:**
Leave the place tidy and clean upon check-out, including washing any used dishes and taking out the trash.
12. **Common Areas:**
You can use the common areas like the pool and gym with prior reservation.
