It is a palfito with a charming breakfast room/lounge and our room had a wonderful view of the water. It was beautifully decorated and well located to visit the tourist sites. "Budget hotel along very busy street with loud noise most of the day and night. There is no air-conditioning so the window had to be propped wide open compounding the noise issue. The room only cooled diwn well after midnight. They had trouble with our reservation so check-in took quite a while. Free breakfast was ok but a bit sparse."
