The staff were friendly and the facilities were good but well worn. Similarly for the room with well worn mattresses and cabinets. Parkingcis a problem being limited or on very steep grades. Breakfast was good.

There was no reception person . When someone there not really approachable. Check 2 pm check out 10 am. I booked for 2 nights we have to push out ourselves at 10 am . $ 20 extra need to pay every extra hour after 10 am

It was below average accommodation. The room walls are super thin and our next room’s bed was probably attached to the wall so every time anyone moved in next room it sounded as if it was in our room. We couldn’t sleep properly throughout the night. I would t recommend it

The location and view are great, it's a bit challenging on the way up if you're walking. The problem was carrying the luggage up the stairs to get to the bedroom but overall it's a nice place to stay. Breakfast options are good, the staff is friendly, specially Candela she was very nice and helped us a lot. I didn't use any of the skii equipment rental so I can't comment on that. The room was nice and clean, the heating worked fantastic and very much needed for the cold weather.

The property needs to provide microwaves in the room and we leave for 2 nights I feel it was not worth it as the room for family of 3 is small the sheets and pillow cases were old .

The room didn't have temperature regulations and the room got too hot. The tissue dispenser fixings in the washroom was ripped off earlier and not fixed back. So the stay was cheap but you get what you pay for.
