Coronet Peak, the closest ski field, is just a 23-minute drive away, and the charming town of Arrowtown is a similar distance away.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: This home offers four spacious and well-appointed bedrooms. The top floor is dedicated to the master suite, with a private balcony, and stunning mountain views that will leave you in awe, this room is spacious and includes a sitting area, extra-large walk-in wardrobe, and a private ensuite with a separate spa bath and shower. Bedroom 2 offers mountain and lake views, patio access, and separate ensuite bathroom, while bedrooms 3 and 4 offer flexibility with king split beds and access to a shared third bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with heat pump / air con units to ensure a comfortable stay whatever the season.

LIVING AREAS: With two separate living areas there is ample space to spread out. The main living room features a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for chilly evenings. Entertainment options include Smart TV with MySKY, a DVD player, surround sound and a large selection of DVDs, books, and board games available for guests to enjoy. There is an additional media room downstairs with reclining couches perfect for movie nights or SKY TV. During your stay you are welcome to use the golf clubs, mountain bikes, Mac desktop computer, printer, rucksacks for walking and chilly bins for picnics by the lake.
KITCHEN & DINING: The large and fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, breakfast bar seating area and coffee machine. The kitchen and dining area open out onto a spacious balcony with outdoor table seating, recliners, a BBQ, and panoramic views. It's the perfect spot to enjoy meals while soaking in the beautiful surroundings.
OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING: With three separate outdoor areas there is plenty of opportunity at Queenscliff to fully embrace the stunning alpine surroundings. The large balcony off the kitchen and dining area is equipped with outdoor seating, recliners, and a BBQ, providing an ideal setting for alfresco dining and relaxation. And, for a real treat, pamper yourself with a soak in the outdoor spa pool* (*additional charges apply) while admiring the paragliders gliding down from Bob's Peak and taking in the majestic mountain vistas.
OTHER PRACTICALITIES: Other practicalities and comforts include heat pumps/air conditioning, a double garage with internal access for secure off-street parking, ski racks and drying cupboards for wet ski gear and an internal lift.

RATES, INCLUSIONS & MINIMUM STAYS:
Rates are inclusive of 15% GST, premium linen and for a maximum of eight guests. A ninth guest can be accommodated on the sofa bed with prior arrangement and is charged at NZ$50 per night.
*Spa Pool: A one-off charge of NZ$150 applies for use of the spa pool. This is to have it professionally valeted, heated, and ready for your arrival. A departure clean fee of NZ$475 applies. Bookings of 8 nights or more receive a service clean. Minimum 3-night stay year-round, and 4-7 nights during peak periods.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
•Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Any guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their stay.
•A standard exit clean is included in your booking; however you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state. Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure will result in extended housekeeping hours being charged. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example.
•Queenscliff is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held unless prior arrangements are confirmed with your property manager. (Events fee and terms & conditions apply).
•Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and be courteous to your neighbours. Quiet hours are to be observed between 10pm and 7am.
•We are required to take a security bond pre-authorisation in the event of any damage to the property. The guest will be notified immediately should a charge need to be taken.
