Property, staff and facilities are amazing. Cleaning each day, with a focus on making the bed and emptying bins mostly. Great views accessible with only a little walk to the closest bus and shops, and a little drive to the city and Frankton bus station (a stop on most tours)

The Hotel was in excellent condition and staff extremely helpful with a couple of minor issue we had with the washer dryer set up. We did notice some noise from the front sliding door whenever they opened and closed below our room but not too bad once it was later. Overall pretty good.

Great room- fantastic views, very clean and great bathroom. Bit far away from Queenstown, in busy seasons there is a fair bit of traffic going into town so it can take 30 mins from the Hotel.

Close to airport and fantastic views of the mountains. Easy commute to The Remarkables ski area and Coronet Peak. City center about 15 minute drive. Had 1 bedroom unit that came with washer and dryer (what a plus!) good size fridge. Kitchen sink was small, but had dishwasher that worked well.

Parking was an issue with having to use QR code’s and stuff after a long drive from Christchurch. The whole area looks like it’s going to be developed so the hotel would be smart to invest in more parking when the new developments are in the works. Other than that excellent room with very good housekeeping. Receptionist helped with a late check out on the day we flew out and that made a huge difference being able to stay in our apartment instead of being at the airport for more hours. Very good stay.

This is our second timing staying at the La Quinta Queenstown and it exceeded our expectations again. The staff are super friendly and our room was cosy and quiet. Would definitely recommend to others

The absolute peace and quiet outside, between the hotel and the mountains. More detailed room cleaning particularly in bathrooms is required. The noise from apartment above was annoying and must raise questions about the building design. Parking is totally inadequate and frustrating, not good enough. And the lack of a night porter/manager, replaced by a telephone to a call centre is cheap and unprofessonal?
