This peaceful hillside location is conveniently located less than a five-minute drive into the heart of central Queenstown, where you can enjoy the vibrant nightlife, gourmet dining and boutique shopping. In winter both ski fields are easily accessible, Coronet Peak being the closest, just a 25-minute drive away. There is a double garage and secure off-street parking at this address.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
The four bedrooms all have stunning lake views, floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors onto a shared balcony. One separate guest toilet and four private ensuite bathrooms with rain shower heads; the master ensuite has a separate shower and bath. All bathrooms have luxury toiletries, hair dryers, underfloor heating, electric wall heaters and heated towel rails.

For winter guests this home is very warm and cosy with both heat pumps and an easy-to-use gas fire. There is also a convenient drying cupboard for your ski gear.
KITCHEN & DINING:
Fully equipped large kitchen with modern appliances, complete with a coffee machine and wine fridge. This bright open plan flows from the kitchen to dining area. Dine with a view either indoors or outdoors both tables have seating for eight looking out to Queenstown’s famous scenery.
THE GREAT OUTDOORS:
The balcony is a generous size, and to make this home even more indulgent there is also an outdoor spa pool** (service charges apply) in and an indoor sauna. Just, imagine yourself here, glass of Central Otago wine in hand, soaking in the lakeside views and the fresh mountain air!
RATES, INCLUSIONS & MINIMUM STAYS:
Rates are inclusive of 15% GST, premium linen and for a maximum of eight guests. A ninth guest is charged at NZ$50 per night. A departure clean fee of NZ$450 applies. Bookings of 8 nights or more receive a service clean. Minimum 3 night stay year-round, and 4-7 nights during peak periods.
**Spa Pool: A one-off charge of NZ$200 applies for use of the spa pool. This is to have it professionally valeted, heated and ready for your arrival.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
•Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Any guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their stay.
•A standard exit clean is included in your booking; however, you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state. Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure will result in extended housekeeping hours being charged. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example.
•Bel Lago is a residential dwelling, and no parties or events are to be held, unless prior arrangements are confirmed with your property manager. (Events fee and terms & conditions apply).
•Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and be courteous to your neighbours. Quiet hours are to be observed between 10pm and 7am as per Resource Consent.
•We are required to take a security bond pre-authorisation in the event of any damage to the property. The guest will be notified immediately should a charge need to be taken.
